Our Process
Our process is designed to be as intentional as our arrangements.
While our signature artistry remains constant, the specific services and custom design phases available will vary depending on the package you choose.

Consultation & Design
Our consult process is built on a simple philosophy: high-concept artistry should never be a high-stress experience. We believe that the path to your wedding day should be as grounded and intentional as the florals themselves.
We begin with an in-depth consultation—a conversation where we peel back the layers of your vision. Whether you come to us with a fully realized mood board or a single color as inspiration, we translate those ideas into a comprehensive elevated floral plan.

On Site Design Meeting (not required)
Our optional On-Site Design Meeting is for the couple who wants to bridge the gap between imagination and technical reality.
Planning Process

To keep your process from feeling like "one more thing" on a long to-do list, we’ve stripped away the typical industry fluff in favor of a grounded approach. We realize that while your flowers should be complex and layered, your planning experience should be exactly the opposite.
Final Meeting (1 Month Out)
Approximately one month before your event, we’ll have a short Final Meeting to lock in the finishing touches. At this time we’ll sit down to finalize floral counts, confirm delivery timelines, and synchronize our installation schedule with your other vendors.

The Big Day | Delivery & Installation
When your big day finally arrives, our team arrives ready to transform your space within the specific windows provided by your venue. We are experts at working within tight timeframes—navigating the unique load-in requirements and venue constraints.
Our lead designers are onsite styling your elevated florals, hand-delivering your personal flowers and setting up any installations. We ensuring a seamless, high-impact setup that feels like it appeared by magic.
Clean Up
When the music fades and the celebration comes to an end, our team returns to handle the entire teardown. We call this "The Strike," and we’ve designed it to be as quiet and efficient as our earlier arrival.
